Training

Identatronics offers training and service on all our software and card printers. For your convenience, we offer the following training options:

• On-site at your location
• Internet training
• At the Identatronics training center

Software training classes are held throughout the year at our corporate office located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. For additional information on training, please submit the information request form.

Service

IDT Services include installation of software, hardware, custom data base design, and data migration. Implementation services include project planning and project management. Project planning is designed to answer your questions and address your software requirements. When the project planning is completed, we move into project management and work with you to establish a timeline for installation of software and hardware.

Identatronics is a Certified Service Center for Zebra and Evolis card printers. Our factory trained service technicians can service any of the Zebra or Evolis card printers.
